1990 Brewer 44 hull #305[/caption]https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/brewer-44
Considered in the top 10 best designed center cockpit boats for cruising.
Hull and Rig:
SV Sea Bella is a Cutter rigged Center Cockpit Cruiser. (That means we drive/sail her from the center of the boat, one mast and has 3 sails)
Brewers are Blue Water boats. What does blue water mean? Ha, ask 3 people and you might get 3 different answers…..but to us, it means she has been designed to safely cross oceans with a confident crew. The Cutter Rig gives us many sail options to increase or decrease canvas as the weather permits. Main, Genoa and Staysail are all controled from the cockpit. SV Sea Bella has a spinnaker also.
The Cabin:
2 cabins, Fore and aft. The Captain and Admiral live in the aft cabin and guests can visit in the v-birth. One of the reasons we chose a Brewer is because of the ample space for crew and guests (let us know when you are coming).
